The staff at Perth Chair Covers would like to make sure that your function is special in every way.
A refundable Security Bond of $150 is required to secure
your booking. This is separate to the cost of the hire items
and will be fully refunded after the event, less any damaged
or missing items.
Outdoor Ceremony Cancellations
In the event of a confirmed ceremony being cancelled due to wet weather, 3 hours notice is required.
If greater than 3 hours notice is given, set-up fees are refunded. If less than 3 hours no refunds are given.
No refunds are given for the cancellation of the hire items in either situation.
Numbers and Payment
Final numbers and payment are required one (1) week prior to your function. This will be the minimum number charged for your event.

Damage to Hired Items
Any damage sustained to hired items, by the organiser or their guests, is the responsibility of the organiser.
The organiser is liable for the replacement of any items that may be damaged or go ‘missing’ from the event.
Costs involved are calculated on replacement value. In the event that the charges incurred are greater than the security deposit value, an invoice will be issued.
NB. The chair covers are not suitable for functions on uncovered ground such as grass, sand, wood decking and concrete. Heavy staining caused by such things as grass and dirt, or other damage from unsuitable surfaces will result in replacement costs being incurred by the organiser.
Charges quoted are a one day (24 hours) hire charge. Hired items not returned or made available for pick-up within 24 hours of original hire time may be subject to additional charges at Perth Chair Covers discretion.
Long term hire is available on application.
